The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers support for employees dealing with challenges in their lives through short-term counseling, referral, resource programs and educational seminars. All employees are encouraged to contact the EAP as a preventative measure to help in dealing with life's demands before they become overwhelming. For those employees who are seeking more information on various work-related or personal issues, the EAP has organized a variety of work/life seminars on topics such as stress management, parenting and eldercare.
