As part of the continued integration of care at Brigham and Women’s/Faulkner Hospitals, BWH moved its Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, formerly housed on the 16th floor of the Tower, to Faulkner Hospital’s campus on March 19. Existing cardiac rehabilitation patients will continue to be treated at BWH, while newly referred cardiac rehabilitation patients will be treated at the Faulkner Cardiac Rehabilitation Center. Cardiac testing, formerly conducted on Tower 16, is now located on Tower 3 at BWH. If you have any questions about these moves, please call ext. 7137. To make a referral, call the Faulkner Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at 938-7104.
