Ioli Elected President of MPMS
James P. Ioli, DPM, chief of Podiatry, was elected president of the Massachusetts Podiatric Medical Society (MPMS). He was honored at the society’s 100th anniversary celebration in July at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.
He has served on the society’s board of trustees since 1997, and since then has been second vice president, first vice president and president-elect. The Massachusetts Podiatric Medical Society was founded in 1906 to support the advancement of knowledge and delivery of foot health care, facilitate and promote the interests, professionalism and recognition of its members, and support the principles and goals of the American Podiatric Medical Association, a national organization that advocates for the profession of podiatric medicine and surgery for the benefit of its members and the public.
