Benefits Open Enrollment Open enrollment is the only time-other than a change-of-status event, such as a marriage or birth-when employees can update their benefits selections. You can enroll online via PeopleSoft eBenefits anytime through Nov. 26 to make your selections. Changes you make during open enrollment will take effect Jan. 1, 2014. For more information, visit the Benefits website, or contact the Benefits Office at 617-726-8133 or ibenefits@partners.org.
Primary Care Availability Open enrollment is also an opportunity for employees to select a primary care physician. All BWH employees and their family members have the option to receive primary care through BWHC or a Partners-affiliated practice. Many BWH primary care practices are currently accepting new patients. You can view which physicians have openings at BWHPikeNotes.org or call 855-244-0012 to make an appointment.
