Employee TB screening for staff with birthdays in April, May, or June will be held May 14–20 from 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. in the Tower 2 mezzanine lobby, across from the Shop on the Pike.
BWH introduces a new way of managing time reporting this spring. As part of the implementation, non-exempt (hourly-paid) employee live training sessions will be held in the Bornstein Amphitheater through May 11. The Department of Medicine will host a talent show and fund-raiser on May 9 in the Cabot Atrium, 5–8 p.m. The event, which showcases performances by talented BWH physicians, will raise money for Physicians for Haiti, a non-profit group of Boston-area physicians and other health care professionals who are committed to a sustained engagement in the rebuilding of Haiti after the January 2010 earthquake.
