Flu vaccines are available at the OHS Neville Clinic, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Employees can receive their annual TB tests only at the Neville House OHS clinic. All employees are required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to documentdthat they either received a flu vaccination or declined to be vaccinated bydJan. 31, 2011. Log into PeopleSoft to document when and where you received the flu vaccine, or if you have chosen to decline to be vaccinated. If you receive your flu vaccine through the BWH OHS or Shapiro flu clinics and the Peer-to-Peer Program, you will not need to enter this information into PeopleSoft.
If you are interested in becoming a patient care assistant, consider Workforce Development’s 15-week training program. Class meets one full day per week. Apply by Dec. 31, 2010.
