Last week’s Street Beat was cut short due to the rain, but everyone who attended early had a blast, choosing from dozens of food and craft vendors and soaking colleagues in a dunk tank.
Tamar St. Julien took home the BWH Idol title and a $500 prize after she impressed judges Kate Walsh, chief operating officer, Sanjay Pathak, vice president of Surgical Services, and Tracey Tebrow of Partners Human Resources. Angela Byers and Victor Pachas placed second and third in the musical competition.
