BWH is adding several heart-healthy items to the inpatient menu with the help of two instructors from one of the world’s premiere culinary colleges. Thomas Wong and Brenda LaNoue, chef-instructors at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, Calif., came to BWH this week to show Food Services staff how to make the some of the institute’s top heart-healthy appetizers, salads entrees and desserts.
