The Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action (JALSA) honored BWH President Gary Gottlieb last week for his continued commitment to access to health care and workforce development on behalf of the community. JALSA presented Gottlieb with its Distinguished Community Leadership Award during an April 9 event in Boston.
JALSA called Gottlieb, who chairs Boston’s Private Industry Council, a public-private partnership that focuses on workforce development, “a visionary in understanding that the health of the community includes taking care of people’s physical and economic needs.”
